Servicing of Boilers
Manufacturers and OFTEC recommend servicing oil-fired appliances annually s to remove soot and sulphur buildup, which can cause blockages and breakdowns. During a service, visible parts are inspected for replacement, and a gas test ensures optimal performance. We also check the oil tank for damage or regulatory updates.
Boiler Service
Regular servicing, recommended every 12 months by most manufacturers, helps ensure safe and efficient operation, reduces the risk of breakdowns, and prolongs the boiler’s lifespan.
A typical service takes about 1 ½ hours, during which key components are inspected, cleaned, and tested to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
Boiler & Cooker Breakdown/Repairs
We appreciate how distressing an unexpected boiler or cooker breakdown can be and will therefore always try to deal with breakdowns on the same day or the following day that they are reported.
